Pan-aadhaar linking

 Sub-Section(2) of section 139AA of the Indian Income tax act 1961, provided that it is mandatory for every individual who has been allotted a Permanent Account Number (PAN) on 1st July 2017 to link his/her Aadhaar number with PAN by 30 June 2023, failing PAN become inoperative from 1 July 2023. PAN-Aadhaar link fee PAN-Aadhaar link fee till March 31st, 2023 is Zero and from 1 April to 30 June 2023 charge will be 500 , and after 30 June 2023 fee amount will be 1000 . PAN-Aadhaar link Penalty There is a Penalty of 500 rupees from 1 April to 30 June 2023 and a fine of 1000 rupees from 1 July 2023 for linking PAN-Aadhaar. Tips for stay healthy

Staying healthy is our choice we can make it by giving priority to some activities over other activities.  There are the top six activities, if we implement these 6 tips in our life we can stay healthy.


1) Eat healthy food

Food is a substance that we take inside our bodies. So we choose very wisely what to eat and what is not required to eat 

We must give priority to whole  foods like 

a) Fruits and vegetables

b) Whole grains (brown rice, pulse, wheat flour)

c) nuts and seeds

d) legumes 

f) meat 

g) eggs

f) fish and seafood

Say no to Processed Food 

Processed foods are very tasty but not very healthy, main purpose of processed food is to make money by making them tasty so people buy more and more. 

We should avoid processed foods by these causes

a) added sugars or artificial sweeteners can increase the blood sugar levels in any individual

b) Salt can increase blood pressure 

c) Trans fat can increase cholesterol and triglycerides level 

e) preservatives are used to increase the shelf life of food it can cause cancers.

f) Artificial colors are used to enhance the appearance of food.

Examples of processed foods are 

1) Commercially baked foods eg. cakes, cookies, white  bread

2) Chips 

3) Processed meat (packed meat)

4) Ice cream

5) Flavoured yogurt

6) Pre-packed microwaves foods


3) Make sleep a priority

At least 7-8 hours of sleep is needed for an adult and a child and an old man require more sleep because sleep repair cells and restore energy.

Sleep in a dark and silent environment

Avoid screen time before bed


4) Stay hydrated

Drink at least 3 liters of water to maintain fluid in the body, the temperature of the body and it prevents from making stones in the kidney.


5) Regular Check-ups

Checks ups are required at an interval of time to know 

a) Blood sugar level

b) Bood pressure

c) Cholesterol and triglyceride level

d) Body Mass Index (BMI)


6) Practise safe sex

Proper sex education is required to prevent sexual diseases.

Effect of processed food on health

 Processed food has less amount of healthy ingredients and has high calories, salt fat, and added sugars. Processed foods are alternatives to agricultural food and these food are produced for commercial purposes and to make money. Ultra-Processed foods are very high in calories example 100 gm of potato chips have 545 calories where as home-baked potatoes contain only 95 calories.
